Vice President of Sales

Key Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for MultiFactor Corporation product sales and distribution in World Wide. This position is responsible for aggressively growing MFC revenues through the development & implementation of sales strategies, the management of the sales force, and the development and management of the channel. The successful execution of this position will build profitable long term relationships with partners and customers. Excellent organizational, management, financial and sales abilities coupled with broad practical experience in the enterprise security software sector are required for this challenging job.
Expect to be working intensively with all departments of the company. This activity is hands-on and strategic:
- Strategic sales planning and implementation: Implement World Wide sales strategy to ensure profitability as outlined by top management.
- Key account development and management.
- Negotiations with external customers and major channel distributors.
- Management of Regional Sales teams.
- Establish aggressive but realistic annual performance goals for each Sales Manager.
- Analyzes market growth opportunity areas and ensures appropriate levels of representation in those markets.
- Maximize the efficiency of sales territories through appropriate direct reports to ensure maximum sales volume and profits, at a minimum cost.
- Recruits, trains, develops, coaches, mentors, manages, and promotes highly competent Sales Managers.
- Achieves revenue growth through effective sales training, motivation, coaching, development, hiring and succession planning.
- Plans for the development of personnel resources within the sales function and maintains programs that will encourage successful future management of the local market’s sales force.
- Budgeting, financial analysis and business planning: Advises WW executive team by reporting financial results of sales budget, market share status and customer attitudes and buying trends.
- Continual team work with Marketing & Product Development: Maintains and continuously improves the Company’s competitive position through sales and marketing activities throughout the organization.
Qualifications
The successful candidate is a seasoned sales professional who has a proven track record of continual double digit sales growth and sales management experience. Extensive experience in the enterprise security software sector plus 5 years experience as a National Sales Manager or Vice President of Sales is required. Demonstrated positive leadership based on open communication, fact based decision making, team based management and strategically oriented growth is highly valued.
