Business Challenge
DCI needed 2-factor security capabilities for its flagship product, iCore® bank processing and management application. Specifically, DCI needed strong user authentication into iCore’s Inter@ct:™ options, which provide bank customers with secure online delivery of bank statements, check images, and check fraud prevention. DCI also wanted a system that would protect its users from phishing/man in the middle attacks. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), provided the solution with its flagship SecureAuth product.
